Racking storages, FIFO, handling, distribution, security and updating stock inventory (WMS).

SERVICE DELIVERY
General cargoes, personal effects, machineries, motor vehicle, other merchandises, etc.
SERVICE TRANSPORTATION
Door to door services, express services, charter truck, outskirt and rural area including transshipment to Brunei.
SERVICE HAULAGE
Container haulage, lowbed loader, platform, trailer. Interstate, transit Brunei and between major towns.
SERVICE OTHERS
Custom Clearance & Brokerage, return container (FCL) to West Malaysia, project/contract logistic, oil & gas support services, incoming air feight/cargo, and etc.

Our charges to our customers are solely on TRANSPORTATION only (subject to our Terms and Conditions - Carriage Policy).
As such, ASIALINK's liability is equivalent to the freight charged. In no event shall the liability of ASIALINK exceed the freight charged should there be any mishaps or unforeseen circumstances resulting in damages to the cargoes while in transit.
We advise all our customers to take up insurance coverage for their cargo.
Alternatively, ASIALINK offer our customers to take up CARGO-IN-TRANSIT INSURANCE coverage against accidents (fire, hijacking, robbery, road traffic accidents) with us. The coverage rates (for cargo value up to RM100,000.00) can be obtained from any of our branches.
For goods valued above RM100,000.00, it's strongly recommended that customers obtain separate insurance to protect their cargo fully.
However, it's important to note that the following cases are not covered by CARGO-IN-TRANSIT INSURANCE.
1. Fragile item (This list is displayed at our branch and can be obtained from any branch upon request).
2. Items not insurable according to our insurance policy (Full details can be obtained upon request)
CUSTOMERS ARE STRONGLY ADVISED TO PURCHASE INSURANCE TO ENSURE THEIR INTERESTS ARE FULLY PROTECTED IN ALL EVENTS.
